The Ahidous is a traditional dance performed by the Berber tribes of the Middle Atlas in Morocco, in which men and women, elbow to elbow, round form of soft, undulating, accompanied by singing (Berber Izli , izlan ) punctuated by the bendir. The
Ahidous is known to be the favorite entertainment of the Berbers of central Morocco and their means of expression most complete and most alive. We dance at parties and even the least, the summer after the harvest, almost every night in the villages.
The dancers form a circle, half circle, or in two rows facing each other, single men, single women, or men and women alternating, closely packed, shoulder against shoulder, they form a whole. The dance is punctuated by a tambourine and hand clapping. That I let you admire this video
