Tamazight

As you noticed, I think there is a section on the sidebar at the top of the blog called Tamazight.
Tamazight is the feminine of the Berber term "Amazigh" meaning "free man". It can mean the language or Imazighens Berbères.Comme Tamazight is my mother tongue I devoted this section to all that is Amazigh, and for those who know nothing about Imazighens this definition according to Wikipedia: The

Imazighen s or Berbers are an indigenous ethnic group of North Africa. They occupied at one time, a large territory that was West Nile Valley to the Atlantic and across the Sahara and founded powerful kingdoms, formed confederated tribes. Known in antiquity by the names of Libyans, Moors, Getulians, Garam or Numidian, then they suffered the Roman conquest, Christianity, the Vandal invasion, the Arab conquest and conversion to Islam.

The best known was the Berber kingdoms of Numidia with kings such as Gaia, and Syphax Massinissa. We can also talk about Libya and the former tribes known as the Libus, and XXII e and XXIII e Egyptian dynasties, which are derived. Not to mention the civilization of Carthage founded by Phoenician colonists, who will later become part of the Roman province of Africa after the third Punic War. There were also expansions Berber across the South of the Sahara, the most recent is that of the Tuareg and the oldest one of Capsians. More
reduced Berber areas today are unevenly distributed in countries such as Morocco, Algeria, Libya, Tunisia and Egypt. The Berber languages form a branch of the family of Afro-Asiatic languages. Formerly, their alphabet was Tifinagh, still used by the Tuaregs.

The Berbers are therefore a mosaic of peoples from Egypt to Morocco, characterized by ties of language, culture and ethnicity. There are several forms of Berber languages: Tamazight, refine, Chaoui, chleuh, kabyle, Mzabi, zenati, Amazigh, Tuareg are the most important components of Tamazight (that is to say, "Imazighens languages). Throughout history, the Berbers and their language are known to influence Roman, Punic, Arabic, Turkish or françaises, ce qui fait que de nos jours, sont appelés officiellement "berbères", les ethnies du Maghreb parlant, se considérant et se réclamant berbère.

Selon Charles-Robert Ageron, « dans l'usage courant, qui continue la tradition arabe, on appelle Berbères l'ensemble des populations du Maghreb » [ 1 ] .
